{user} = Player's Game Tag
{message} = body of text to send

To send a Whisper (message a specific user): "/w {user} {message}"
To Reply to the last whisper received: "/r {message}"
To Ignore a specific user: "/i {user}"
To send a Clan invite: "/c {user}"
To chat with only your Team: "/t {message}"
To start Bold part of the text: "#B"
To end Bold part of the text: "#B"

"This is a TEST MESSAGE" <-- To send this to 'Capt.Mal',
enter "/w capt.mal This is a #BTEST MESSAGE#B"
